Do my staff need an account?
No. Each person gets a private link that shows the published rota and lets them request holidays.
Is the allowance legally correct?
It follows the statutory minimum for Northern Ireland (5.6 weeks, max 28 days, pro-rata). It's a guide – your contracts may give more, and you can add extra days per person.
Do bank holidays come out of the allowance?
You choose in Settings. Many NI employers count bank holidays as part of the 5.6 weeks.
What about casual or zero-hours staff?
Set them as ‘irregular hours’ and DeskKit uses their average weekly hours from the rota. The GB 12.07% rule doesn't apply in NI.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No contract.
